service is horrible
We stayed on our way back from Jasper to Vancouver. Clearly there are some issues about the service quality of the hotel. We booked a non-smoking room, but were put in a smoking room on the second floor. The wireless connection of this hotel didn't work. According to the frontdesk, they had acknwledged the problem for a long time but could find a way to solve it. The frontdesk guy was very rude, telling us ""The wireless is just a 'feature' of the hotel, so the hotel doesn't guarantee it's working"". What the heck is that supposed to mean???
