David and his professional staff, are pleased to offer you the greatest hospitality and comfort in the their refined country house, where you can sample local dishes and fine wines of the region. Truth and history live together in this land rich with culture captivating tourists with its enchanting atmosphere. The famous battle between Hannibal and Roman Consul Flaminius was fought here and according to legend the mortal remains of Ulysses are to be found. The art of restoration is very important to Tuscan culture. Our country house, built at the turn of the 17th century has been restored with care for our guests enjoyment. All rooms are furnished with carefully selected antique furniture, with great attention to detail and are complete with modern confort. The Tuscan cuisine with its flavours and fine wines maintains at La Corte dei Papi its tradition and simplicity.
