The 3 star Hotel Portole in Cortona is located amid the woods and fields of the Tuscan mountainside, a few kilometers from the ancient Etruscan town which was a center of art and culture. The Hotel is traditionally built in local Tuscan limestone. In the large inviting dining room, lovers of good food can sample the typical Tuscan dishes made with fresh ingredients and accompanied by local wines. The wine cellar has a large selection of fine wines. On fall evenings, one can enjoy the pleasure of dining near an open fire in the fireplace.
