A family house, located in a quiet position with beautiful views over the sea and to the mountains. Only four minutes away from the historical centre, the funicular railway leading to the beach, taxi ranks and the bus station. 12 rooms with self controlled air-conditioning and heating, bath & wc or shower & wc, hairdryers, IDD telephone and colour TV "no sat". Some rooms have lateral sea view and some have a balcony with sea view. Some have inside view. The Hotel has a panoramic terrace, over the sea and the mountains. Tv "Sat" Room.
