Located on the beautiful island of Nevis, Nisbet Plantation Beach Club is the Caribbean's only historic plantation inn located on the beach. The romantic estate includes over 30 lush tropical acres, an expansive beach front, a beautifully restored Great House, and 36 air conditioned cottage accommodations. Accommodations include complimentary full breakfast and afternoon tea.Amenity highlights: Guests relax in hammocks and lounge chairs on the expansive, secluded beach fronting the resort. Up a gentle slope overlooking the beach, a sundeck with cushioned lounge chairs borders the swimming pool and hot tub. Those seeking a break from the sun can shield themselves with colorful mobile shade sails. An avenue of tall palm trees provides a dramatic promenade leading from the Great House to Nisbet's spacious beachfront. The resort also offers a tennis court, swimming pool, hot tub, croquet field, and beachside bar that hosts a complimentary weekly rum-punch party. Thursday nights feature our popular Beach BBQ & Buffet, featuring local seafood. After dinner, the festivities continue with live music and dancing. A new fitness center includes state-of-the-art Cybex equipment, including treadmill, arc trainer, and recumbent cycle, as well as free weights and exercise ball. The Palms Spa offers treatments ranging from deep tissue massages to hot stone treatments and salt glows.Air conditioned cottage accommodations are spread across acres of lawns, palm trees, and flowering gardens, appealing to families and couples who desire a tranquil, secluded holiday. Rooms are washed in a palette of fresh citrus-colors to provide a laid back island feel. Bathrooms feature lavish granite countertops. Heaven on Earth!
It was just the most beautiful and tranquill place we have ever seen. Excellent cuisine, wonderful beach with great shade and hammocks! We literally hated to leave! Words can't express the hospitality shown by the workers at the resort. We can't wait until we go back.
