Located on 27 acres near the rain forest, and what is now a world heritage site, Stonefield Estate Villa Resort is approximately five miles from Saint Lucia Airport. On the grounds are Arawak Indian rock carvings from around 350 AD. As Saint Lucia was colonized, Stonefield became a prosperous cocoa plantation. Some of the buildings on the grounds, including Cocoa Villa, are from this period. The property's amenities include the swimming pool, Mango Tree Restaurant, and Bamboo Bar. The resorts offers shuttles to two nearby beaches and easy access to Saint Lucia's natural wonders, including a drive-in volcano, waterfalls, rainforests, scuba and snorkeling, boating, horseback riding, and many other activities.
