Hotel is OK, but not exactly what I expected

Generally I would say this is OK hotel for 2+...3 stars, but #2 in Tripadvisor rating is too much, or may be I was just expecting too much cons...

This hotel offers incredible value. For cleanliness I have not experienced better. Overall the rooms are stylish and comfortable...and bright!!...
