A very ordinary hotel
I liked the location. I could walk around and restaurants and shopping was right there. It was very convenient to the Medina and the train station.

Great hotel
The staff was very friendly and helpful. It had a decent bar and restaurant.
good value
the room was immaculate, large, well appointed, with a very modern bathroom, great location within easy walking distance of fine dining, financial institutions, the old medina, train station, United Nations Center, and shopping. there was no laundramat as advertised but laundry service was reasonable. staff was either extremely helpful, jumping to help you get an elevator, extra toiletries for the room or they were unhelpful e.g. i asked the front desk to make a reservation at the best western at my next stop but the lady told me to go to an internet shop and make my own reservation. i said i didn't know how the shops worked and she replied that it was easy. the four evening meals were excellent but my one lunch was not fine dining. I ordered pasta with a neopolitan sauce and i got a seafood sauce. when i tried to explain how dangerous it cound have been to anyone with a common seafood allergy, the manager seemed not to care. at the same time, another diner (of 4 total diners) sent his food back twice then stormed out in a huff. i asked about the fitness center but it , like the laundramat, did not exist.
