Good Hotel
I found this to be a good hotel. Front desk was polite and professional. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and neat with fresh fruit and bottled water. Bed was firm, but comfortable. Good security, decent food and drink. I would stay there again.
Good Hotel
The front desk was rude. They would no honor the reservation which included 3 rooms in the same building. They also would not print out plane tickets when the public computer was down. They would not go out of their way for anything. Bar guys were friendly.
We stayed at the Lucerna Hotel from Saturday thru Monday. The staff were most courteous, and would do anything to make our stay more comfortable. Rooms were secure, clean, & well maintained. Food was excellent, had beautiful presentation, and great service. Grounds were absolutely gorgeous! We could not want for anything more! Can't wait to return!
