very pleased
I've stayed in higher level hotels in the US and Canada but the Grand was my first stay in Tijuana. The front desk experience was great. They went out of there way to accomodate me. The parking was secure and clean. The room was more than fine. The bathroom was very clean with all the amenities. My bed was comfortable, the TV had US channels and the room was safe and quiet. All of the staff were friendly, respectful and helpful and I would stay there again without any worries. I submitted my rating as a 4 because I need to be blown away for me to give a 5.

My wife and I have stayed at a LOT of hotels. The bell boys were most helpful. They all spoke english. Great Free breakfast. Very nice.
