great hotel
the hotel service was great, everything was almost as expected, and I say almost because the only thing is that there are many hours during the day with no food service in any restaurant or snack bar
great hotel
We've stayed here twice. Like the restaurant, staff, and the beach. Great place just to come and enjoy and relax. We would definitely consider staying here again.
Worst hotel ever
do not stay at this hotel! the pool would've been nice had there not been 200 kids everywhere. i asked around and the staff told me that they rented out the pool to people who did not even stay at that hotel.....like a public pool. There were never any towels and the rooms were dirty. we would leave the A/C on when we left and by the time we got back, housekeeping would always turn it off so it was so hot in the rooms. when u walk in to the hotel it is all open air- which they don't tell you about. the food was horrible. you had to chow down at breakfast to last the rest of the day because the food was so bad. the only thing that was decent about the hotel was that the staff brought you drinks out on the beach-however, there was hardly any alcohol in them! i highly suggest that when you go to puerto vallarta, stay somewhere else and DEFINETELY take the "las caletas" island tour. The island is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen and I travel a lot. book it through Vallarta Adventures. Also, they had a great BBQ buffet on the beach and snorkeling.
great hotel
this hotel is in need of a make over evrything is in need of repair and no one knows where anything is at(sports equipment) boats are broke all of them.
Worst hotel ever
This is a nice resort if you get a good deal. It's the best beach in the area and in a good location. Recommend NV over PV anytime. The staff is excellent. The rooms are adequate, however, the noise level is a bit annoying if you're looking to relax. Lots of activities for all age groups.
I will be back
Air conditioning was broken and the food was awful. We were originally staying ther for 7 nights, but left after the first and went to another hotel.
