Room service is available 24 hours a day. The hotel has two air-conditioned restaurants with terraces. Xtabay Restaurant offers Mexican Creative Cusine and Arrecife, the hotel's grill, offers seafood and steak from the grill or wood-fired oven. The beachside Lounge Terrace serves sushi, carpaccio, and ceviches in the evening. Complimentary welcome drinks are delivered upon arrival and services such as a library (with books, CDs, videos, and computers), poolside food and beverage service, complete concierge services, and a full diving and watersports shop are also available.All rooms have balconies or terraces, hammocks, hairdryers, free wireless internet, CD players, and satellite TV.

Ceiba del Mar was perfect in every way. The resort itself is extremely private and romantic. If you want solitude and privacy in a secluded and beauitful environment this is for you! Hotel staff was extemely courteous and professional. There is some sea weed in the water in Puerto Moreles but beach area is kept clean. Butler closets provide coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice and sweet roles in the morning.....I can't wait to return. The little village of Puerto Moreles is a pleasant 15 minute walk down the beach if you want local craft shops and restaurants...Playa del Carmen and Cancun are each about 20 minutes away if you want a day of shopping or a break from the solitude...
