Never go here
This was a nightmare. Rooms were not cleaned well, all facednoisy traffic road, it is no where near the beach - the actual resort is behind it and that has its own private beach (Rue Resort) so you see only dirt roads and the resort from your balciny, and it is not a resort, more a travelers hotel with no vending machines or ice machines. Worst, their "concierge" is not affiliated with their hotel and will push a 90 minute talk your way. It is not a 90 min talk but a 4 hour speech where they ant you to buy their timeshare and when you finally say no, they absolutely degrade you and tell you that your family name is no good in Mexico any longer. It was a horrible experience, their website is even misleading with all the nice pictures, the waterfountain picture shows gorfeous water and it is dirty and mucky. Cabo is great, but do not stay here!
Never go here
the rooms were small every room is not a suite. the spa consisted of a hut outside. I will say the massuase was very good. Most of the staff did not speak english. The customer service was terrible. No ice machine, clock or phone. It was in a nosey location. The photos make it look a whole lot nicer that it is. Spend the extra money. The island of Cabo is very nice.
I would not recomend this hotel to anyone even my enemies. It is to noisy, not clean, not much to choose from menu, need to rent car to go to the town, oily with bugs swiming pool/very small, hot tub not working, overall over priced.
Got a great deal so I thought.Said near beach, what theydidn't say was behind the hotelwas a beach however it wasnot accessible due to it beinga private beach. To go downtown or to the beach wasquite a journey down either thehighway or via a dirt road. Also almostimpossible to sleep due to being located right on the highway. Not a very good and relaxing experience. I had a pakcage so I couldn't move out.
