Appliances didn't work
The big deal with having a fridge and microwave in your room is that they work I would think. The mw did not work at all so I called to have it replaced. It was replaced with one that barely worked. The mini fridge was warmer than the room was and I was told that it's meant to keep things cool not to cool them. Hmm, if something was already cool why would I need this. The fitness center was a joke because the treadmill, bike and stepper didn't work, all you could use was the weigh machine. The business center had 2 pc's of which only one worked. The restaurant was ok, but definitely not worth the money in my opinion. I also had a billing problem but wont go into that. We will not stay there again.
