Puerta del Mar Ixtapa is a beautiful hotel built in a typical Mexican style and would be the best choice, both for the active tourist, and for the tourist that is looking for relaxation and tranquillity. Puerta del Mar offers the greatest suites in Ixtapa, large enough to feel like home. We offer two types of suites, one bedroom suite for 4 persons & two bedrooms suite for 6 persons. All suites offer one main bedroom with a king size bed, *two full bathrooms, one with tub, amenities included: living room and dinning room (in the living room the sofas converts into 2 individuals beds); color TV with cable, air conditioning, telephone, terrace (w/terrace chairs); fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave oven, etc). The areas of the suites are 70 square meters and 82 square meters. The dicor is typical Mexican style, all rooms offer a great view of the hotel pool and gardens. The hotel has no beach front, but we have a Beach Club, located in Playa del Palmar. Is just 2 minutes away, and we offer transportation (delivery & pick up). Just in front of the hotel, you can rent bicycles & roller-blades, and you can find bicycle & jogging lanes in the main street, located just a block away.
