25th Anniversary Trip
My wife and I celebrated our 25th Anniversary at the Royal Hidaway and had a wonderful time. The service was outstanding, the food was excellent, the room was very nice and the resort deserved the 5 DIamond rating. From the time we arrived until the time we left the service staff went out of their way to take care of our every need. The pools were very nice, only negative takeaway were the sandbags at the beach. The sandbags limited the access to the Carribean which was disappointing and an eye sore. The rest of the resort was fantastic.We will return.
25th Anniversary Trip
Our stay was like being in paradise.From the rooms,staff,pools,food.................everything was first class.We are looking forward to our next visit.
The Place to stay
Occidental Royal Hideaway in Playa del Caremen was a beautiful resort. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Room service was 24 hours and fast. It was very easy to get a good spot at the pool. I would highly recommend this resort to any couple.
This resort is a must-see. I can definitely see how it was rated one of the ""Leading Hotels of the World."" The service was incredible and the food was excellent - great variety and high quality. The restaurants were all excellent. The staff was so friendly and helpful. It is a very beautiful, peaceful, and extremely clean and well-maintained hotel. The grounds are beautiful with waterfalls and bridges. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and very clean with comfortable beds. We went there for our honeymoon and it was perfect. I can't wait to go back!
RH Hotel is very nice, but they do not know how to respond to emergencies. My wife fell from a slippery staircase that was missing part of a step. The hotel did nothing but change our room to the first story. They did not even offer to pay for their doctor. When things really matter, RH Hotel does not come through.
From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent! Our every need was met with excellent service and a smile.
