wonderful stay
The Spencer on Byron Auckland in Takapuna Beach is a great location for visiting the Auckland area. Good bus transportation to the city and surrounding areas. We stayed in a suite with a full kitchen and living room area. The best thing was having a washer and dryer in the room. Fantastic views of downtown Auckland and Rangitoto Island. Room was very quiet. My only complaint is that the room needs higher quality mattresses and furniture needs updating.
