this hotels needs major major remodel. the rooms are outdated and sad. the bed was hard and the bedding was stain and dirty. the loby and the casino are the best part of the hotel. the staff is nice but the hotel in general is horrible for the kind of money that they are asking for. you can get a better deal for way less in panama city. this hotel is one of the worst hotel that i have ever stayed in panama city. the only good thing about the hotel is the location. please do not stay in this hotel.

This is one of the worts hotels that i have ever stayed in panama city panama. i was there from 2/17/08 to 02/20/08 and it was horrible. the room needs a major update. the room was a good size but it was so sad at the same time. the bed was hard and the bedding were stain and dirty. the staff of the hotel were ok. the bathroom looks like a bad public bathroom. the pbest feature of the hotel are th elobby and the casino. the pool is nice but it will have been nice for them to have a small setion for kids. i will never go back to this hotel ever again. i have stayed in many hotel in panama city and this one rank at the top 10 of bad hotels in my list. please do not visit. you can get bettter hotel for what they want in panama city.
Lowest
My daughter & I enjoyed our stay. The staff was most helpful, although I would recommend flagging down your own cabs, rather than asking staff to call a cab, as it is significantly more expensive when they do it! We did not encounter one disagreeable staff member, our room was spotless, the food at Divas restaurant and the breakfast buffet were both great. I can't believe some of the previous travellers' comments - either the complainers spent time there before improvements, or Americans in general are just high-maintenance.
Everything that they advertise on the web is false advertisement the rooms where nasty the bathrrom unsanitary and filty no wash cloths very old furniture from '70's
The Riande Granada is a bit overprived for what you get, but a decent, if basic, hotel. The staff is friendly, it has a nice little casino and the food is ok, if not inspired.
Hotel rooms were filthy, bathroom very old, unsafe, dirty, top counter with many cigarrets burns, no tissues, etc. They charge for safe box, which should be part of the room rate.
