I was impressed with the friendly service. The room was clean and comfortable. Great location. The only problem was the dance club next door, a little noisy at night, so request a room in the upper floors. I will consider going back and recommending it to my friends.

We had booked a Royal Caribbean Cruise from San Juan and wanted to spend the night before and after in San Juan. and Hotel Milano was the answer,This place is located right in the center of Old San Juan , price was reasonable and the Staff was so friendly specially Miguel and the Owner Juan I have a chance to spend sometimes over a nice cup of coffee with Juan ,great personality, great sense of humor.It was a beautiful experience I will definitely stay there again and will recommand this hotel. chow

Nice, clean, rooms- You'll be right in Old San Juan - great for sight seeing and you'll be right by the best restaurants too! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I had booked a cruise out of San Juan and wanted to stay in Old San Juan. This place is in the center of town, reasonable, clean, had a very helpful and friendly staff. They held our luggage for several hours after checkout so we could sightsee. We walked to the pier with our bags. Would definitly stay there again.

good location in Old Town San Juan for walking and shopping. Small hotel very neat and clean. Rooms very clean and nice resturant on the roof with good views and breakfast. Would definitely stay there again. Reception people very nice. Good rates.
