I give it a B+
Over all the trip was awesome. I was let down by the puerto rican food. THere was no flavor and I was shocked because it is in Puerto Rico... The hotel experience was awesome. The service couldn't have been better. Try to get a room high up and request and ocean view.... They party late on Friday's so you want to be as high up as possible to avoid alot of noise. Also take the bus everywhere, it is free up until November.. The island was wonderful, my hotel wasn't in the best of neighborhoods either though. The police are everywhere all the time. So my wife and I felt safe and nervous. LOL

We went for family reunion. Hotel is ok.Nice pool and beach is out side of hotel convenient beach is beautiful. Casino is small. The service is pool. we went next door for it. breakfast is good. pool side lunch is OK. Dinner is expensive.
Beautiful
Checking in to the hotel was very time consuming. Some of the check-in staff were nice, but others were not. It took an hour to get our luggage delivered to the room after we checked in. That was after we called twice. The food in the hotel was very expensive. We ate across the street. The drinks were also very expensive. The best part of the trip was the beautiful pool and the ocean. I would not stay at this hotel again because of how expensive the drinks and food were. Also, I was not overly impressed with the customer service. It was not consistent. I don't feel this hotel is a good family spot. Romantic getaway maybe, but not geared toward family.

we had a great time! make sure you go on the Bioluminescent Kayak tour. A late night but very cool! exciting. The beach bar was our favorite!

This resort was absolutely the best. Rooms large, beds..heavenly,Location & beach..excellent, restaurants/food..excellent! People of San Juan are friendly, helpful, patient...could I say more. I'd come back to this Resort anytime!
Perfect!
My wife and I recently stayed here celebrating our anniversary. The hotel was beautiful, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located near a few stores and restaurants. The only negatives that we (my wife and I) could find was that even though their were signs posted prohibiting kids from some of the adult areas, there was no enforcement. Also, the prices on the room service menu were outrageous.
