Paco de S. Cipriano, 'Guest House', is a Historical Site constituted by House (classified as 'Public Interest'), Historical Garden and Baroque Chapel, that has belonged to the same family since the 15th century, surrounded by a Wood and Nature Park, unique in Portugal. Near the town of Guimaraes - World Heritage, in the rich northern region of Portugal: Porto e Norte/Portugal', 'cradle' of Port Wine, Peneda-Geres National Park, several historical towns and villages (Braga, Ponte de Lima, Viana do Castelo) and vast beaches. Dining: Have tea at the 'Paco de S. Cipriano' in a romantic traditional atmosphere: home-made cakes and hot rolls as in the good old times. Recreation: You can walk or cycle through the farm land, following a map of routes specially prepared for you, and behold the local flora and fauna, in particular the typical original woods of the North of the country: the most emblematic trees live oaks and the holly, which no other Portuguese private property possesses. The ecosystem is carefully preserved and a great ecological and natural diversity can be seen as for example the autochthonous cattle.
