great experience
in time of check in the fron office associate he greet me and say with a smile welcom to jeddah marriott hotel i felt great since no does this any more, when ever i called the operator he answer with a smile and say Mr. Khaled how can assist you great feeling i hade small problem in my room which it was solved immediatly, but whenever i am passing through the lobby the front office manager used to come to me and apologise for what happend even the room service associate he know what happened with me and he is apologising and asking me if i am satisfy or not i really felt like a king where every body.
