The Banyan Tree Seychelles is an exotic vacation retreat located on the island of Mahe, a secluded destination overlooking Intendance Bay and the Indian Ocean. This luxury resort is located approximately 30 minutes from the Mahe airport and about 45 minutes from Victoria, the island's capital. The hotel has a fitness center, swimming pools, and a beauty salon. For true decadence, visit the Banyan Tree Spa Seychelles and indulge in treatments designed to be as healthy as they are relaxing. For onsite dining, guests won't want for options. The three restaurants on the property offer an eclectic array of dining experiences, from Creole specialties to Southeast Asian fare, from indoor seating to candlelit seating under the stars. Guests will also find a pool bar, lobby lounge, and beach picnic services. In-villa dining is available. To suit guests' needs, the resort offers wedding support services and excursions in the surrounding area. There are 36 villas at the resort. Guests may choose from a variety of one-bedroom villas with small private pools. Villas vary according to their location on the property (beachfront, hillside, by the rocks) and in their layout. Several have private whirlpools. Each villa offers high-end colonial/plantation interiors, a living area, a king-size bed, a pavilion with living/dining area, telephone, a private bathroom with open-air sunken tub and shower, color television, coffeemaker, hairdryer, bathrobes, minibar, sun lounger on private deck, and in-room safe.
