We checked into our hotel late in the afternoon only to find that the toilet in the room did not work. We were informed that there were no other rooms to be had and that they would try to find a maintenance person to look at it. At 10:30 P.M. they finally said that no one was available and that they would look at it the NEXT Day. Total indifference from the staff. With the cost of the room being what it is you would expect that at least there would be a working bathroom.
I stay at this hotel frequently. In my opinion it is the best in Anchorage in terms of location and nice rooms.
I have returned to this Homewood Suites several times. The staff is what brings me back. They know the concept of customer service. The rooms are immaculate, also.
