I have stayed at the Econo Inn and had a very good stay. My only complaint is for those that have had a bad experience is. Quit your complaining and move on with your life. All Hotels make mistakes and learn from them.
Scheduled for 3 nights could only stay one. Full of drunks, desk clerk super rude, room filthy, no TP had to beg for some, if there was a zero rating that is what I would rate it.
My husband and myself were supposed to stay at the Econo inn in Anchorage on August 18th. Our flight was delayed and we arrived late in the night. Meanwhile we called the inn many times from enroute to ensure that there would be a pick up at the airport. Once we reached Anchorage we were told that the Inn was overbooked that day and told that expedia overbooked us etc and moved to the nearby Travel Inn. Firstly we did not book through an online travel website. Our bookings were made via telephenone talking directly with the manager and confirmed reservations were obtained. The alternate accomodations at Travel Inn was in a vdespicable condition with broken bathrooms and beds. We were charged the same amount of money for filthy living quarters. We will never ever make our stay in Econo Inn and will advise our friends and family to do so.
I just spent the worst night of my life in this hotel. Street nois all night, drunks everywhere, the most rudest staff on the face of earth. This place should be shut down.
from checkin to checkout I had the worst hotel experience of my life. Rude desk clerk, smelly room, 1 hour wait for shuttle after scheduling the night before.
Good facilities. Great value for the price. Rooms are clean and fairly large. Furniture is new. Quiet area.
