Travelocity Reviews ( 4 Reviews ) Top

We only stayed here one night on our way through Anchorage to Fairbanks, but that was long enough. This is a mediocre hotel. It seemed fairly clean, but just a very average place. It was kind of noisy due to its proximity to the airport. The continental breakfast was average, nothing hot like waffles or anything. When we went to check out, the receptionist was brushing her teeth right there behind the desk. She was quite embarrassed and rushed off to spit out the toothpaste! The guy who drove the shuttle to pick us up at the airpot was also manning the front desk the night we arrived..you can imagine he was quite busy. During the "season" in Alaska, all hotels are quite expensive. Just remember the price doesn't necessarily equate with the quality. Also, we were surprised to find out that many hotels in Anchorage won't rent a room for only one night. This was an okay place to stay for one night when we couldn't find anything else.

Friendly staff. Good continental breakfast. Convenient shuttle service to and from airport and downtown Anchorage. Unfortunately, my room was near the front desk. Since I could hear people talking to the desk clerk late at night and early in the morning, I did not get much sleep.

Rooms are alittle small, but well kept. Good continental breakfast.

Excellent staff, nice, friendly, helpful, assisted us in every way possible, even allowed me to return for a quick shower after I checked-out, very accomodating, other hotels may be bigger and newer but could learn a lesson here.
