My husband and I stayed here while visiting family in the area. The room was clean and very nice. WiFi throughout, very nice! The first morning we slept in and missed breakfast, everything was put away when we arrived downstairs. One of the staff members offered to get us muffins and some milk, which was much appreciated. That same staff member also gave us very detailed directions to an address that our navigation system couldn't find.

The staff was always helpful, friendly and courteous. Our rooms were very clean, as was the fitness room. We didn't hear anyone after our door was closed, very quiet. The breakfast area was pleasant and well stocked with good food. Overall, the value was exceptional. This was perfect for our visit to Ft Rucker.

Hotel was average for the price. Most of the staff were freindly and helpfull, but lack of communication between employees was present. We were told by that we would have a room on the first floor by one employee and then at check-in were told by another employee that we would have to pay extra for a deluxe room because all the standard rooms on the first floor were taken. Usually this would not have been an issue, however there is no elevator and my mother-in law was unable to climb the stairs to get to a room on the second floor. Rooms were clean and well maintained. We were in the area for a graduation on Ft Rucker so the location was fantastic, only ten minute drive to the base!

We made our first trip into this part of Alabama to attend a graduation ceremony at nearby Ft Rucker. The staff was very helpful by allowing us to check in a bit early to prepare for a reception that afternoon on the Post. The room was clean and comfortable, and the A/C worked very well, thank heavens! We used the motel discount at the restaurant next door for one meal. Nothing special, but it was very convenient to walk across the parking lot to dinner. We had our two Scottish Terriers with us and the extra fee for pets was reasonable. The staff greeted the dogs like old family members and made our stay quite pleasant. We foud this motel using one of the on-line reservation services. It was the first Jameson Inn we have visited. As a result of our good experience we will consider staying at Jameson Inn's when we visit again next winter. A Special thanks to the staff for their assistance and friendly attitude.

After a 19 hour drive the manager of the Jameson in Ozark, AL let us check in at 11 am. Such nice people work there and the maid service is terrific. The room was an upscale version compared to the normal hotel. I am going to stay there every time my husband and I visit our son and family in Ozark!
