Everything was perfect. Staff was friendly & professional. When in the area again, we will stay here.

Our two rooms were very clean and comfortable, and included a fridge, in-room coffee, and 2 bottles of complimentary water, as well as the usual room ammenities. The staff was awesome! They were friendly and helpful while remaining professional. I was also impressed with the fruit and candy baskets at the Front Desk, where you could pick up a piece of candy or an apple on your way in or out. We didn't dine at the hotel because our favorite breakfast restaurant is right across the street. We would definately stay there again. Good location, too.

Great hotel. 2 1/2 years old. Extremely clean! Courteous staff. Across the street from new mall. Elevated so you have nice view of area.

We frequently stay in Yuma to visit with family. I had resigned myself to gritty, run-down rooms with inadequate AC and water pressure, even at hotels and motels at the higher end of the room fee range. I guess I thought that's how rooms were in the desert. We decided to try the newer Holiday Inn and were very pleasantly surprised. It's very clean, very cool (and it was 117 degrees when we were there), spacious rooms, and a great restaurant in the lobby with very good food. If only the pool were inside, I wouldn't have to leave the hotel at all! There is a newer shopping center with several restaurants across the highway, for those that enjoy the heat and desert atmosphere. I can highly recommend this hotel. It made our family trip much more pleasnt for me.

my husband was teaching at the freefall school and I went along, the hotel was very clean, the staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful, they did honor the military discount as well
