THE FAIRFIELD WAS A GREAT ACCOMODATION FOR US. WE WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE

 by  anonymous  on  2007-09-01

We had a great stay at the Fairfield Inn in Flagstaff. The service is excellent and the accommodations are nice & clean. The breakfast buffet has an ample variety to satisfy anyone. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all travelers. It made the trip that much more memorable!

This is a rundown, dirty, and overpriced Fairfield. The only thing that kept them from getting the " should've slept in the car rating" was the friendly staff.

We stayed here on our way to Phoenix. For a Marriot hotel, it was nothing special. Small pool area, very small rooms. Breakfast area was crowded and there was no where to sit. The beds were HARD and the light shone in the room all night since the curtains do not close all the way. I will stay at a Hilton/Hyatt/Embassy hotel next time.

This hotel did not honor our reservations as booked. We reserved a room with 2 doulbe beds as we were traveling with our teenage daughters. When we checked in we were provided a room with one bed. The hotel clerk refused to help us, stating that no rooms were available. My husband emailed the manager, who has yet to respond. We did not accept the room, no refund was given and an additional *was charged to our credit card. If you stay here, be ready for the worst customer sevice, (the desk was understaffed), and uninvolved/uncaring/unavailable management.
