Too much noise from trains
This hotel is right near a train track. Guests can hear the whistles from freight trains during the night, and I found it very annoying. If you...

Overpriced and Lousy service.
The property is not what is seen on the website. It is more of a Truck Stop or roadside motel. The hallways were always full of dirty dishes....

water off a few hours during the night, made it hard to go to bathroom
We stayed here one night on our way from the Grand Canyon, back to Phoenix. The room was very spacious and clean....truly a full-service hotel. We could have easily stayed more nights if we didn't already have plans. Our breakfast in the restaurant was great, but the service was a little slow.
Check in and check out was not too smooth, somehow related to making the reservation via Travelocity
Was in king with a view. Beautiful, clean, spacious room.
This was a great hotel and location. Even though we were only passing through...we would like to come back to the area and we would plan to stay at Little America. We had previously stayed at another hotel in the area and it was the worst place imaginable. This hotel made up for our previous stay 100 X over! It was clean, large and fresh. Everthing was great...incuding the gift shop!
Our main purpose for our trip was to drive to the Grand Canyon from Phoenix but we didn't want to drive all the way there and back in one day. I have heard great things about stopping over in Flagstaff so that is what we did. Little America is a great hotel and the rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff was very accomdating, and in the main building there is a cute cafe with good breakfast and a nice view of the property. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. My only complaint is that the server we had at the cafe took too long to do simple things like refill our water when we asked. I think they were just understaffed. That is the only thing that I would have improved upon.
