The Elan Hotel offers elegant accommodations in West Hollywood. Guests will be able to reach the Sunset Strip, Melrose shopping, and the Walk of Fame in a short drive. Within fifteen miles are Burbank, Pasadena, and Glendale. Guests will be able to reach the Los Angeles International airport in approximately twelve miles. The hotel houses 49 rooms on two floors. A non-smoking facility, the Elan rooms are equipped for the physically challenged and available upon request. Standard amenities include down comforter and pillows, bathrobe, makeup mirror and full length mirror, high-end and eco-friendly bath amenities, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, coffeemaker, honor refrigerator, alarm clock radio, personal safe, complimentary wireless and high-speed Internet access, throughout the hotel, two telephones with voicemail, individual climate control, and a flat panel HDTV/ VCR combo.

Our four day stay at the hotel Elan in West Hollywood was overall an superior experience. The hotel is artistically stylish, the room was beautiful, and the bed very comfortable. The continental breakfast was actually very good, with high quality breads and pastries. The complimentary wine and cheese at 5 PM was another unexpected bonus. Staff was courteous and prompt. Housekeeping will hound you in late afternoon to make the room even if you do not want to be disturbed. Two gripes: 1.Parking: either * per day valet parking or park on the street and feed meters, which we did. This fee should be less for stays longer than two days. 2. The "Angel Soft" toilet paper was rough as a badger's behind! We look forward to staying at the Hotel Elan again soon
The Elan Hotel was very impressive. Great location, outstanding service, good value. The staff at the hotel were always pleasant and very quick and efficient. The continental breakfast was an added bonus and greatly appreciated. It is only a two storey hotel and perhaps part of the reason why the employees paid so much attention to detail and to the guests. I would stay with Elan and would recommend it to anyone.
The location is great although if you are on the street side it can get a bit noisy at night. The service was excellent and the breakfast in the morning was great. The wine and cheese in the evening is a nice touch. It is clean and safe and affordable for the area. I would definitely stay there again.
