I was really happy when I arrived to this hotel to find a newly built wonderful hotel within walking distance to the Chinese Theatre, Kodak Theatre, shopping and entertainment. The hotel is really new. They have an outdoor pool in a courtyard on the 4th floor next to the breakfast room. Really love those Holiday Inn Express Cinnamon rolls. I would highly recommend this new hotel because of being conveniently located to conduct business in the entertainment business as well as walking distance to good dining and shopping.

Excellent value. Clean & New.
This place is great. It's walking distance to the Kodak Theatre and Hollywood Blvd. The hotel itself is brand new. I felt like one of the first people to stay there.
