Exterior beautiful. Inside Beautiful. We did one of those name your own price and got a really great deal I recommend that route otherwise can be quite pricey. Nice room. Pricey restaraunt, to be expected, not too far from the heart of the Gaslamp, about three blocks or so. Staff was helpful and this hotel connects to Petco Park. I would stay again.
this hotel is in excellent walking distance to nearby shops and attractions. The service is by far excellent. The staff are very friendly and curteous. However, parking is quite expensive and the is no doorman, so open your own door when entering and exiting the hotel loby. But other than that, the hotel is great!!!!!

They put me in a handiccapd room with a ""caveman"" style shower with no doors. When I called to ask for a different room so I could take my bath, they said since I booked thru a third party and they couldn't do anything about it. They treating me like trash and not as a guest. Horrible service and experience. They gave my fiancee and I double beds instead of king...Again, we weren't happy at all.
Great hotel and location. Out of the three hotels I stayed at during my visit, this was over the top with class. Great staff, great views and great quality rooms.
I stayed for a week at the Omni on business. This hotel is truly wonderful. The bathroom is immaculate, room service is good, the beds are comfy, and if you're lucky, you'll get a view of PetCo Park. I was especially impressed with the service. I left a cherished stuffed animal that I travel with at the hotel. Not only did they find it for me, they shipped it to me at their expense! That's amazing service!
