If you like waterfront views and boats this is your hotel. There are a lot of places to walk along the water and enjoy the harbor right out the front of the hotel. The weekend pool party is a lot of fun for the whole family. The food at the hotel restraunts is a little expensive but very good quality. We will be back soon

I chose to stay at the Sheraton because I thought they were nice hotels. Not in this case. We stayed in the Marina Tower which is about a mile away from the main hotel that has the restaurants, pool, and other amenities. The two towers should not be considered the same hotel. Parking is awful. You have to pay * a night for parking which does not even guarantee you a spot in a paved parking area. There was hair (not from your head) on the toilet, mold on the bathroom ceiling, the remote control was sticky, and the couch did not look clean. You could hear toilets flushing from other rooms and noises from neighboring rooms. We had breakfast at the restaurant which consisted of the breakfast buffet and a basic eggs and bacon breakfast which was awful. It was the worst * we have ever spent. To top it all off the hotel charged us for the two night's stay although we already paid for it in a package deal. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Good location next to airport and car rental. Rooms were clean and in good condition.
by anonymous on 2007-07-02
I was really suprised with this hotel. It was much better than I thought. The staff were very friendly. It is in a great location and it was very easy to find. If you want a place by the airport, pick this place. The view was wonderful. Seeing the boats, ships, and the water was very nice. The room was clean. The pool was a good size. We will certainly stay here again when we visit San Diego.

When staying at the Sheridan you have to pay for parking. I do not think while staying at a hotel you should pay for parking. Also, if you use a travel agency you get put in the West Wing. It is not the best part of the hotel. You must walk a good distance to the East Wing to enjoy yourself. The view was beautiful. Other than that I would not recommend this hotel for more than one day stay.

LOVED IT. GREAT SPA ONLY THING I DID NOT LIKE WAS THE 20 CHARGE FOR PARKING
