Very upscale hotel designed more for business travel than families. Excellent breakfast but nothing to walk to nearby. Have to drive for any store or restaurant for dinner. Very close to the highways and seemed to be close to the highlights of San Diego. The pool was only used by us and was very clean and nice. The only reason we wouldn't stay there again is the price per night.
The newly remodeled rooms are very clean and well kept. Staff was very helpful and rooms were extra quiet.
Great place to stay! The staff is very friendly and very helpful. They provided directions to all of the locations I visited in San Diego and got me to the hotel when I got crossed up on directions. The only down side was the breakfast was so so. Had scrambled eggs one day and they were like eating rubber. Over all an excellent place to stay!
