There was a dog aloud in the breakfast area during breakfast time. I did not like this. The rooms were nice and the staff was friendly.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Our room was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable with a nice choice of pillows. The reason we chose this hotel was the price and its having queen beds. In addition, the continental breakfast. However, while it was mostly hot foods, it did leave something to be desired but was passable. Considering it was on the PCH, it was relatively quiet. We would definitely consider staying here again on a return visit.

The staff was exceptional. We arrived pretty late, and they treated us like GOLD. We couldn't believe how friendly and helpful they were. Room very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Overall best price for amenities and location in Dana Point. Easy to get to and had multiple security cameras in parking. Pool is a little small and you can hear the traffic going by, but wouldn't stay anywhere else in Dana Point. Right across the street from little shops, McD's & Subway. Overall fantastic play to stay.

We enjoyed the easy parking, efficient check-in, gleaming lobby, clean hallways and very comfortable room. Practical embroidered labelling on pillows (firm or soft) and on the spotless linen, toiletries. Whirlpool bathtub. Comfortable beds, covers warm but not too heavy. A convenient, economical overnight, in the middle of Dana Point and close to Laguna Beach.

 by  anonymous  on  2007-01-02

It's across from the ocean park, you can see bits of the ocean from the room, the rooms are very nice, parking is free, the staff is friendly and rates are reasonable. The only consideration is it does front the Pacific Coast Highway so there is traffic noise.
