Came here for a weekend getaway with my lady. From the moment we arrived we were very impressed with everything. Location is beautiful - hotel sits on a cliff overlooking the Pacific. We just relaxed and enjoyed our time in the Laguna area. Treat yourself...stay at the Ritz.

I went with two girlfriends and the hotel was all we could ask for and more. Our room had an amazing ocean view with huge fluffy beds and a large flat screen tv. Both pools were very nice as well as the jacuzzis. The restaurant was good but pretty pricey. I would stay here again!

 by  anonymous  on  2007-10-03

We stayed here 6 years ago and expected it to be just as nice this time around. We were hugely disappointed. There is only one dining establishment and the service is abominable, the food was poor quality with a lackluster presentation, the premises somewhat dirty and of course, the price very high. The only plus side is the location and ocean view. We have stayed at another resort of the same class within a mile of this one and the difference in quality is remarkable. The Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel has compromised their high standards and quality and we will not be back.

The entire hotel staff knew my name from the moment I walked in the door. Everyone was friendly and everything from the food to the room was excellent. I enjoyed the pool and the room was big and spacious but comforting and welcoming at the same time. I'll definately stay again.

Staff @ Ritz LN are amazing-anything you wish at anytime can be yours. Club level (hob-nob w/the rich & famous) is worth every penny! Stayed at a few other RC properties & this one is by far my fav-not as stuffy as other Ritz-mix high class w/CA beach culture. Gorgeous spa; great products and a knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend wine flights at Eno for a fun time-avoid chocolate flights (rip-off) but the cheese & olive flights are great! Heading back for a week(yes, loved it that much;o) Bottom line-you will come back giddy as a school boy(or girl)!

We have stayed many times at the Ritz Laguna, but since undergoing a complete renovation its truly spectacular. The ocean views are to die for.
