We found the staff friendly, helpful with local information, they were all personalbe, bartender entertained us one night with his magical tricks along with great drinks. The view was breathtaking, we had a choice of a room with a view with either the sunrise or sunset. The pool was heated, clean, plenty of room, restrooms close and the staff was attentive. Our room was clean, and comfortable. We never had to wait for our car, we would call down 10 minutes before we were ready to leave and it would be there. We would defiinitely stay here again, a beautiful resort.
The hotel is very nice. The room views are beautiful. we stayed for a week. Walking distance to many shops, restuaunts and beach. Went with a family of 4. The hotel is not family friendly. Be prepared to pay and pay above your room rate. The pool area was swamped every day with a business seminar or seminar lunch. Fri & Sat both held weddings again by the pool area. When we were by the pool we felt like intruders. I thought * and * valet parking a night was a little high for 2 double beds. Room service items are insanly high. Toilet broke and tub drain pluged all week. Not a great value for the amount of money.
The cost of the parking should be included in the price of the hotel. It should also include breakfast. other than that it was a beautiful place.
I have high expectancy when paying 200+ per night in a hotel & and this Hotel was very nice. The grounds are well kept, the inside lobby was ""welcoming"" & classy. The elevators were quick w/minimal waiting.The Staff was friendly and willing to help, this was truly a great relaxing worry-free stay! Valet was mandatory and I did not like having to pay 22 per day & feel obligated to tip on top of that. The room was clean & I had everything I needed.Maid service was also very good. I will definately stay at this hotel again!
This was a really nice place that I would definately stay at again. There were a few negatives in that the parketing garage was small and discusting, when we checked in the front desk person was not friendly and lied to us about stupid stuff but as far as the rest of the staff and the location it was really nice and I would stay there again.
