Very Enjoyable
We really enjoyed our time here. We just got back yesterday. We were supposed to stay for two nights, unfortunately they overbooked our first night and even though we had called to confirm and let them know we would be arriving late, they had no more rooms when we arrived after a long day at Disneyland. They did go out of their way to try to make things right for us. They paid for our night in a different hotel that was also very nice (but not on the beach), gave us access to their pool, Regency club and spa while our room was getting ready the next day, got us into our room by 1 pm (regular check in is 4 pm), upgraded our room to a luxury suite and sent us a fruit plate, bottle of wine and apology card. We definitely got the impression that this mistake was not the norm. It was an inconvenience, but we still very much enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer to take advantage of all the resort had to offer. One negative is that their check out time is relatively early (11 am) and check in is late (4 pm), so on our last day we were not able to take advantage of the pool as long as we wanted to because it took awhile for the morning clouds to clear. So, plan accordingly when booking the number of days you are going to be there.
