A true 4 stars hotel at 3 stars price! My wife and our kids have a wonderful weekend there. However, there is no self-parking option. They are 100% valet parking service. The good thing is they do provide you free bottle water when you pick up your car (They give me 4 bottles actually). Room is nice and big with LCD TV.
the hotel was a wonderful experience, staff was superb, room service was great. beds were so comfortable didnt want to leave the room. They also had free shuttle to and from the airport. the same as to the fashion island mall, balboa island and 1 more beutiful mall if you love to shop. definetly would recommed to people. my husband also enjoyed the fitness room, very nice.
hotel was great, room was comfy and very clean (although the towels smell funny), location is excellent, staff is helpful and attentive. would have been an absolutely excellent stay if it weren't for the fact that there is NO SELF-PARK option. even when you're running in to freshen up and straight back out to dinner, etc., you must valet, then valet again, then valet again. and the wait at times for the valet were approaching 30 minutes. call WELL before you leave your room to request your car!
The Fairmont is amazing! I was pleasantly surprised by my boyfriend who got us the royal romance package. It was perfect. The night started off right with chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of wine, a gift of a diamond navel ring from Tommy T's body piercing in Huntington Beach, the breakfast on the balcony in the morning was so romantic and relaxing. I would love to stay at the Fairmont again. My boyfriend knew how much I enjoyed our stay,so we will go back!
Very nice hotel in good area of Newport Beach. Valet-only parking at 22/day! Car was never ready when we called down to have it ready. Makes it pretty inconvenient to go anywhere for short errands.
Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, friendly staff. Parking was a little too much at 22/day. The only problem I had was housekeeping which did not clean our cups in the room. The cups were filthy and I did my best to clean them. Long story short, my girlfriend and I both got STREP THROAT after staying here.
