We had a wonderful time, each and every member of the staff went "above beyond" to make our stay a memorable one. Good restaurant, food is very good, and the service is wonderful. The coffe shop was great. Excellent place to relax & recharge your batteries ! You also have the convenience of being able to purchase Disneyland Park tickets at the Welcome center located in the hotel wihout having to waste any time.

We went to Disneyland and stayed at the Doubletree. It was a great hotel. We did reserve one king suite and got two queens. The beds seemed smaller than queen size. Despite that...the location was convenient. The views were good, can see fireworks from one side. We watched movies, went to eat down the street. There are many restaurants around. The hotel is nicely decorated. The staff are friendly. This was a great experience and we would definitely stay there again.

The hotel decor was very nice. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were very good as well. However, won't stay here again. We payed for the trip in advance through online travel website, however when we got to the hotel they told us that there would be a 300(100/night) hold on are debit card for a deposit because they had problems with guest overspending before. This charge is no where mentioned on the hotels website or travelocity. Since they were holding our money we decided to have room service a couple of times, the food was horrible, and they charged us additional for that. So, all in all, they had 500 of our money tied up. Also, we asked for a crib for my son and I think it was from the 1800's and as soon as we tried to move it, the bottom fell out the bottom of it. Thank God I didn't put my son in it. We asked for a playpen to replace it and that was better. The suite was not that big and there wasn't an extra sink for washing cups or anything, even though, they provide you with a microwave and a refrigerator. We had to use the bathroom sink to clean the baby's bottles. This is probably a good spot for business but whatever you do, don't waste your money on room service. Breakfast and dinner was disgusting. A few days after the trip, we got the deposit money back on our debit card.

Room was clean and comfortable. Furnishings were reasonably new, which is a plus for me. Everything was as discribed, including the cookies which were really warm! We had a nice suite on the 7th floor and were able to have four people (2 adults, 1 teen and a 9yr old) stretch out comfortably. Just there for 1 day and had vehicle which was charged 11.00 for the 24hr period to park. We drove to Disneyland ,since we had free parking with our park hopper tickets, which was really smooth! Would definately stay again for our entire trip next time.

This hotel is a nice place to stay for a family and is close to Disney.Staff is helpful with directions and the cookies at check are a nice touch. It was also quiet in the morning hours which is nice especially after a longday at Disney. Only downside is paying 11 dollars a day to park.

The only "negative" I have is that when I booked my hotel I was told that the Doubletree shared the same parking lot as the Convention Center. Unless you can scale a four foot fence, you must walk around on the main street. Not a long walk unless you have items to carry.Room was very clean and comfortable and most of all quiet!Would recommend to others!Thank you.
