We had 4 people in the room yet we continually received anywhere from 0-3 towels daily and only 1 tiny bottle of shampoo. No clocks in the room. Excessive noise late at night by others with little action by management. Owner's family (large) occupied pool most nights keeping guests away. Pool not overly clean; jacuzzi had only a few powerless jets, minimal temperature. Older motel in need of some updates. Owners need to clean parimeter of property as it had old beds, tree trimmings, and other misc building trash. On the positive side, roll-away beds are available. Nightly room rate is attractive due to costly nature of Orange County. Hotel is located in an ethnic district, not too far from Knotts Berry Farm and maybe 15-20 min from Disneyland.

Don't be deceived by wide angle lens, the pool is small. We had read that this was a newly renovated hotel. Only the lobby was renovated. The rest was dirty and unsafe. Our AC hardly workied and was so loud we had difficulties sleeping. Also hotel guests were coming and going til all hours of the morning. We were gievn an "upgrade" because we were on our honeymoon to a King suite with jacuzzi tub. There were no jacuzzi jets and the shower was also in the there with no shower curtain. The fridge didn't work and the only area with a door in the bathroom was the toilet. That door almost hit your knees when you closed it. There was also a broken bouday (not sure how you spell it, but VERY gross). Overall the room was not very clean and I carefully checked the sheets before we got into bed. The desk staff did not greet us and didn't even stand up for most of our interaction with them. The male desk worker was very "cool" acting and rolled his eyes when we told him some of the things we were doing in South California. A real gem in the travel business, he was! The last interesting part - our credit card transaction slip said "the Boulevard Inn" at the top. I think all they did was clean up the front desk and put up a Ramada sign. We checked out after 1 night and we not even asked why were we leaving despite the fact that we were supposed to stay 3 more nights. Don't go there if you enjoy clean and safe conditions!

I booked this hotel for one night. They put me in a corner room that was handicap accessible. It would have been ok, but I am not handicapped & had no tub access for my children. The room smelled funny, the window was cracked, and I had a room downstairs and facing the street (anyone walking on the sidewalk outside could knock, or look into, my window). Unless you plan on spending NO time in your room, I definitely would not recommend this hotel!

the hotel smells bad and has insect problems, part of the wall under sink needs repairing, the employees were nice but thats the only good thing about the hotel
