The staff was friendly, nice and helpful. The room itself was a little out dated, the comforters on the bed looked dingy and I did not want to use them. The disney channel was not working which is not a good thing especially when traveling with children. They had tennis courts but no equipment, I was told at the front desk that I would have to buy my own if I wanted to play. More shuttles would be nice.

We had decided to stay at a Hyatt because of the COMFY beds-they are the best!! This location surpassed other Hyatts I've stayed at, they have two beautiful pool areas, (although they're only 4 feet deep), the lobby and entry and grounds are GORGEOUS, and the staff stupendous (this I have experienced at other Hyatts also). They also have tennis and basketball courts, a large fitness center next to the pool (with some machines outside at poolside!), and a free shuttle to and from Disney that we used several times. Other conveniences include a Target store across the street and many good restaurants in the area. The weather is perfect, and the staff responded immediately to our needs, even the parking attendants were great! There's also a Starbucks and Disney desk in the lobby that we utilized often. The only negatives were no in-room fridge and thin walls (could hear neighbors)

The hotel staff were excellent. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left someone was waiting to help with luggage to transportation. The tour desk was great. We will stay here again.

We have stayed in many hotels in the Anaheim area to include Embassy Suites and Crowne Plaza . The Hyatt Orange County is hands down my families favorite. The staff is very attentive and polite. We stayed in the Queen Suite which had floor -to-ceiling windows that overlooked the Anaheim skyline. Very nice at night. The bathroom was smaller than I expected, but still nice with the granite vanity and extra wide shower curtain. The beds were comfortable. The rooms have a small refriderator, microwave and coffee/tea maker. We ate our breakfast at the "California Grill" located in the hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient. The only draw back would be the price. Thankfully, kids 12 and under eat free right now. The hotel has a small PIzza Hut and Starbucks located near the lobby. The shuttle to Disneyland was always on schedule and free. Parking is expensive as is internet use. We went knowing that we would be paying for this, so it wasn't much of a shock. The only negative thing I can think of is that the main pool/fitness center is located in the South tower on the third floor. We stayed in the North tower, so that meant walking through the lobby, up the elevators and down a hall (where other rooms were located) to get to the pool area. Other than that, our stay was perfect, comfortable and for the most part, affordable. We will be staying here from now on when we visit Disneyland.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. A family trip with a 5 and 4 year old. Disney shuttle was great. Highly recommend it. California Grill was really good as well. My biggest problem with this hotel was no place does it mention their parking situation and costs to park your rental car in their lot. Upon arrival greeted by valet attendant. Go back in to registration desk and I was told it is 15 a day to park in their self park lot. Up against the wall - I had no choice. Couple days at Disneyland (no car needed). Leave after a couple days, come back later in the evening to find no spots available in their lot. Drive around for about 10 mintues for a spot to become available. Next day - same situation - no spots available and wait for somebody leaving the hotel to get a spot. After a long day out (kids are tired), this was a rather large inconvenience considering I was paying 15 a day to basically have a spot. Going forward I hope this hotel reserves several spots for hotel guests and provides other first come first serve spots for hotel conventioners.
