Overall, service was ok and the rooms were nice. However, they make you pay $10 / day for WiFi. Ok, when I pay $250 / night, does that include electricity?...

Rooms were nice but that was it! No free internet or breakfast, cable or any extra services. Far outside the edge of town - nowhere near the wharf or Cannery Row or the ocean. And watch out for the resort tax in addition to the already hefty prices for nothing very spectacular - more like apartments or condos than a hotel..wouldn't stay here again!
This hotel should get an energy star. It got a dummy temperture control on the wall with a ceiling fan. We changed the temperture on the control panel and did not hear/feel any air coming from anywhere and could not locate the vent neither. The operator told me that there is no AC in the room. She said that the temperture is always cool in the area so there is no need for it. If we feel hot, we can open the window to circulate the air. The room was so hot after 4 people took showers in the 60 degree temperature in the area. We opened the window to cool the room down for half an hour then need to rest. We could not fall asleep with the highway 1 traffic outside so we had to shut the window off. We could not keep the ceiling fan on since it made us headache at night. Eventurally, we end up not having anything on the body for the whole night and still woke up sweating. And it is only in the Spring. Can you image how hot it would be in the summer? The room was not clean too. We noticed there were garbage in the trash when we moved in. When I called the operator in the morning, the operator said she would request a full service that day. Did it mean that they did not change anything before we moved in? If you prefer to save the earth energy in water and power, and do not mind the heavy traffic noise at night, this hotel is for you. We are not ready to pay preminum for a stay worst than any motels that we have stayed before.
I really expected more from a Hyatt, but it was ok. The rooms were nice, but not as nice as other Hyatt's I have stayed at. They are doing some major construction on the golf course rooms, but don't worry it isn't loud. I just would have expected nice rooms and hallways. Ok for a quick stay, but definitely not a destination spot
The rooms are old and need of updating, it looked like they had slapped on new paint and added new linens, but the paint was peeling in the bathroom, and the bathroom needed to be updated. The public area are very nice and well kept. The pool area was very nice. The beds were very comfortable, but the room seemed way overpriced. There was no a/c and the free wi fi is NOT free.
This hotel is worth every penny. It is located on a beautiful golf course. The hotel staff is friendly and the rooms were beautiful and clean. The hotel has everything from golf to in room massages. If you are looking for a romantic fun filled weekend, I strongly recommend this hotel.
When we arrived at 8 pm on saturday we were told our rooms were not available, even though they had been booked and paid for. The manager was extremely rude and simply told us he had no rooms to give us. After we showed him the reservation confirmation and said we weren't leaving until he found us a room, he disappeared for 20 minutes, even though i had told him my father was elderly (75 years old) and needed to rest. He NEVER apologized or so much as offered us a seat or something to drink. The receptionist that was at the front desk thought the situation was very humorous, and could barely hide her giggling.Although they gave us a room upgrade the experience was truly humiliating and ruined our trip. I am NEVER staying at a Hyatt again!
