I stayed one night on a busines trip. Although some of the hotel features are not fully operational yet (they just recently opened). The room was excellent, views superb, bed was fantastic and the staff very helpful. There are several very good restaurants within easy walking distance and you are right across from the harbor. They need to bring all of their features on line to get the best rating but they are on a good start.
The facility is very clean and the rooms are nice. However, no access at all to beverages at night. There is no room service except in the mornings and the bar closes at 10 pm. They are unable to provide anything to drink in the evening and there is not even a vending machine. Also the internet was down and the computers had been disabled so you could not watch DVD as advertised nor listen to any music. For this you pay 300 dollars a night!!! The stay was very dissapointing as the staff did nothing to address any of these concerns.
