We stayed here the last night of our vacation. One of the best hotels we stayed in. Perfect location for an early morning trip to the airport. Very clean. Staff very friendly. Large, clean room. Continental breakfast was generous and appealing.

For the price I was expecting a clean room. What we got was a little larger than normal, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The next morning we had a very good breakfast, waffles, yogert, choice of cereal. On this vacation we stayed in a four star hotel and a resort. This was the largest room and had the best furnishings. It was also the only one that provided breakfast at no extra charge. On this trip The Ramada was the best value.
For the money you can't go wrong staying here. Close to the city, 15 minutes by car. The hotel is clean, free parking. The staff was friendly and accomadating.It was great to come back to a clean room at the end of the day! My husband & i stayed there for 8 nights.
The front desk was friendly and when I called for room service, they were very quick. There was free internet access which came in very handy since I was a tourist. The room had all necessary amenities such as iron and ironing board, refridgerator, etc. There was also continental breakfast until 10am which included bagels, croissants, cofeem tea, cereal and juice. The location was convenient and had access to many shopping areas.
We had problems with the free shuttle. We were traveling with a 2-month old baby. To get the shuttle, we had to call the hotel who then gave us the phone number for the taxi company. We waited inside the air terminal because it was cold and rainy, and the taxi didn't slow down or stop, and went around a second time before we could get all our things together from an international flight, but the taxi didn't come around again. We waited in the freezing cold and had to call the taxi company again. They did get another taxi to us quickly, but it was about an hour wait from the first phone call. The bathroom in the room was very cold! We turned the heat in the room up to 80 and kept the bathroom door open but to no avail. We even tried turning on the hot water to warm it up, but nothing seemed to help.
