they treated my dog very well, The staff was helpful and I felt like I was at home, plus they had great views and accomidations!
We love the Hotel Vitale! Would not want to stay anywhere else. We have stayed twice and cannot wait for the third time. The location is great, the decor and atmosphere sophisticated and the staff knows how to treat their guests. I suggest trying the spa, the roof top baths are unique and very relaxing. The resturant and room service both are very good or there are fabulous choices for dining within walking distance. Our last stay was due to weather and airline cancellations, the Hotel Vitale turned what should have been an inconvienence into a romantic getaway and a great memory.
Incredibly noisy hotel, right next to Embarcadero highway. Bad attitude and unhelpful staff. Charged for an item not purchased. Expensive, limited room service. Tiny room with almost no storage space. ""Trendy"" hotel in a dead neighborhood. You can do much better for the price.
