This Homestead property is conveniently located next to Metro Center Foster City, three miles from Bay Meadows, and approximately seven miles from San Francisco International Airport. The hotel specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only. One pet is accepted per guestroom. The general manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Fees and deposits apply. All guestrooms have full kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, stovetops, and dining and cooking utensils. Other room amenities include work spaces with computer data ports, personalized voicemail, irons with full-size ironing boards, and unlimited local calls for a 1 fee. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed 75 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

The floor in my room needed vacuuming and I found a t-shirt on the floor. The sliding mirror on the closet came off. The screws on the towel rack in my bathroom are rusted. This room is in need of repair and remodel. I was planning on staying for 4 nights but I'm checking out the next day.
