Americana Village is wonderful and the staff is awesome. I was in tahoe to get married and I was having flowers brought from the bay area and my order was never filled. I flipped out!! Then my future husband to be said call the fron t desk maybe they could help. So i called crying explaining my situation and in less then 5 minutes they called my back with the names and numbers of a couple of quality florists that could fill my order son such short notice. They literally saved my wedding day. The staff is truely awesome.

We stayed over the weekend and were surprised at how quiet it was! There are little flower gardens and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the parklike setting. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our microwave wouldn't work and they sent workers right away to fix it. The only down side was the uncomfortable bed and hide-a-bed. Maybe some of the other rooms had better beds! We will defnitely come back! Looking around town there are lots of dumpy places in the same price range. This is a little hidden treasure!
