This is a very nice hotel. The suites are configured so the sitting area is off to the side and the beds are more private. Beautiful decor. Big bathroom. Only complaint is the thin walls. Heard every conversation next door at 5 am and can hear the water running through the walls. The young man at the desk was extremely friendly, personable and helpful. Knew exactly how to get to where we wanted to go.
The staff was very friendly. The whole hotel is non-smoking. The complementary breakfast was good. Bed was a little hard but comfortable. Room could have been bigger for a suite. The hotel was very clean and in new shape. If you are looking for a clean room with a HDTV flat screen TV in your room without any cigarette smoke this is the place.
we checked in after 10:00pm and the front desk help was helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean and convenient to all major roads and airport. Easy to find and very comfortable. Room was a little small for a suite but the flat screen HDTV made up for it! I have stayed at other Springhill suites in Texas and was satisfied and this one lived up to the expectations I had. Would stay again when visiting Colorado Springs.
We stayed at this holtel during the Parents' Week end for the Airforce Academy. We stayed here with our teenage son who is a cadet at the Academy. He was surprised at HDTV in the room. The first thing that came out of his mouth when we entered the room was "COOOOOOOOL".We really enjoyed our stay on this property. The staff made sure there were lots of Apples in a basket in the lobby 24 hrs a day for their guests so that you have something to snack on even at nights. Not only that, the staff were very professional, helpful and nice. They work with you concerning any situation. We really enjoy our stay and WE RECOMMEND IT TO OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY.We will definitely stay here again.
